Emakina and Akeneo bring E-Commerce Solutions to the Middle East

Brussels, Nantes, Independent digital agency group Emakina (Euronext – ALEMK) and Product Experience Management (PXM) leader Akeneo today announced an international partnership focusing initially on projects in the Middle East. The new alliance will help retailers and brands improve their product data and product catalog management, with Emakina adding Akeneo’s high-performing Product Information Management (PIM) solutions and product data intelligence to its suite of digital tools to boost its clients’ user experiences.

Founded in 2013, Akeneo is a global provider of PXM solutions that allow merchants and brands to deliver a compelling customer experience across all sales channels, including e-commerce, mobile, print, and retail. Akeneo's open-source enterprise PIM platform is used by more than 300 enterprise customers, including leading global brands such as Sephora, Fossil, and Shop.com, and has already been installed over 60,000 times. Akeneo has achieved compound triple-digit revenue growth for six consecutive years, and recently secured $46 million in funding.

Emakina Group will now add Akeneo to its partners, opening the way for new opportunities to help its B2C and B2B brand and retail clients to leverage the power of unified product information. Emakina Group has 23 agencies in 12 countries, and its 1,000 technology and marketing experts deliver compelling and relevant user experiences.

Emakina and Akeneo are already launching their first joint projects in the Middle East. New initiatives include digital work for major players in the sports gear and beauty product sectors, with a focus on delivering rich and rewarding online consumer experiences.
