Emakina Group has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire Azur Digital FZ-LLC through its subsidiary Emakina.AE in Dubai. Azur Digital is a pioneer in the Middle East and Africa in the field of digital transformation consulting, with offices in Dubai and Mauritius.

The 10 experts of the Omnichannel Consultancy Azur Digital are specialized in e-commerce and digital marketing projects. They have built an excellent reputation in CRM, loyalty programs, digital customer experiences, and omnichannel change management. With this acquisition, Emakina Group would once more strengthen its position in the Gulf region, and add a new pillar to its digital capabilities, complementing its existing presence.

Azur Digital helps large groups in the Middle East and Africa and international brands to master their digital transformation, from strategy to execution.
